DevFest Modena 2025: behind the scenes
The coordinated chaos, the people, and the quiet satisfaction of helping make DevFest Modena happen.
When DevFest Modena 2025 was over, it took a little while for the adrenaline to settle. Being part of the staff meant seeing the conference from a different angle: the coordinated chaos behind the talks, the people keeping things moving, and the relief and satisfaction at the end.

My contribution included the websites supporting DevFest and Women Techmakers Modena, built with Hugo and SCSS, alongside helping with the event itself.
What stayed with me was the shared effort. I’d attended events before; helping make one happen gave me a different appreciation for the people behind them. These photos bring some of that back.
